The Income and Expenses sections store recurring monthly items. They are not transaction feeds and do not keep one record per month like account balances.

Add an expense

Open Expenses, select New expense, then enter a name, monthly amount, currency, and optional category. Available English categories are Housing, Transportation, Food, Insurance, Entertainment, and Other.

The page shows monthly and yearly totals and a category breakdown.

Add income

Open Income, select New income, then enter name, monthly amount, currency, and optional category. Categories include Salary, Rent, Dividends/interest, Side income, and Other.

Enable Passive income for rent, dividends, interest, or another source that does not depend on active work. This contributes to Passive Income Coverage.

Keep the values current

Edit an item when the current recurring amount changes. Archive an item when it stops; archived items no longer count but can be restored. Deleting is permanent.

Transfers between your own accounts are not income or expenses. Investments gains also do not belong here.
