Open Settings → Basic settings → Data export and select Export all data.
The export includes:
- institutions;
- financial accounts and complete balance histories;
- deposits and withdrawals;
- physical assets and valuation histories;
- liabilities and outstanding-balance histories;
- recurring income;
- recurring expenses.
For security, the dialog displays a confirmation phrase. Type it exactly; the Download CSV button remains disabled until the phrase matches.
Hugo creates a UTF-8 CSV named with the current date and downloads it in your browser. The file includes a byte-order marker so spreadsheet software such as Excel detects accented characters correctly.
The user-facing Settings page currently provides export, not a direct account-deletion control. For account deletion or another formal privacy request, use Hugo’s Privacy Request page or contact support from the registered address.
